Worship
All are welcome to share in Central Christian Church's services and programs. A worship service is held every Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. year-round. Following a quiet prelude, words of welcome and announcements are given. Various forms of music are included throughout the service surrounding moments of prayer, communion, meditation, scriptural reading, the children’s moment, and the pastor’s sermon. Visitors are welcome to participate in weekly communion. Fellowship Coffee is held once per month following the Sunday service and provides a time for social gathering and sharing of the Spirit. The nursery is available for childcare during Sunday morning services.
Music
The Chancel Choir performs regularly during Sunday worship. Lead by Bob Grundstad, the Choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. beginning in September and lasting through May. Soloists and guest artists are also invited to share their musical gifts throughout the year, particularly on church holidays and throughout the summer.
